Sonauli/Maharajganj: Residents of Ward No. 10, Janaki Nagar in Adarsh Nagar Panchayat Sonauli, celebrated the inauguration of a long-awaited road project on Thursday. The road was inaugurated by Nauatanwa MLA Rishi Tripathi, who facilitated its construction through his MLA development fund.According to local residents, including Amarjeet Verma, the demand for the road had remained pending for several years, causing significant inconvenience to people in their daily commute. With the completion of the project, residents are expected to benefit from improved connectivity and easier transportation.A large number of traders, prominent citizens, office-bearers of the local trade association, and workers and leaders of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) attended the inauguration ceremony. Participants welcomed the MLA and appreciated his efforts toward the development of the area.Addressing the gathering, MLA Rishi Tripathi said that the overall development of the constituency remains his top priority. He emphasized that his commitment to improving roads, education, healthcare, and other basic civic amenities will continue in the future.On behalf of all residents of Janaki Nagar, the ward residents expressed their sincere gratitude and appreciation to MLA Rishi Tripathi for addressing a long-standing public demand and ensuring the completion of the road project. They stated that the new road has resolved a decades-old problem and will greatly improve daily transportation for local people.
